  • Decor Dimensions: Please check dimensions carefully before ordering home decor to ensure fit.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event of a cancellation, if your card has already been charged, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing: Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours.

  • Fragile Goods: For Home Decor, we recommend recording an unboxing video to assist with insurance claims in the rare event of transit damage.

  • Address: We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

Returns and Exchanges

Our policy lasts 15-20 days. If the specified period has gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
